The contact form. Your name, your email address or phone number, what you are looking for (selling, buying or orientating) and your message. Legal basis: the steps needed to respond to your request (pre-contractual). I use this data only to answer you and, if you want, to continue the conversation. Leads that turn into an actual file go into my client follow-up.
The market report. Your email address, with one purpose: sending you the quarterly report on the Calpe and Benissa market. Legal basis: your consent. Unsubscribing is always one click at the bottom of every email, or a short message to me.
Technical. To prevent abuse of the forms, the server temporarily stores an encrypted (hashed) version of your IP address. Your identity cannot be derived from it. This site uses no analytics cookies and no advertising pixels; the fonts are served from my own server, so nothing leaks to third parties that way either.
The site and the database run on Cloudflare, the hosting provider of this site. Cloudflare acts as a processor and offers the guarantees the GDPR requires for data processing, including outside the EU (EU standard contractual clauses). Beyond that, nobody has access to your data except me.
You can always ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. An email to nick@selectestates.com is enough; you will hear from me within 30 days. If you are not happy with how I handle that, you can turn to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es) or the data protection authority of your own country.
If I later add something that touches your data (an advertising pixel or a newsletter service, for example), this page gets updated first, with a new date at the top. What it says here is what happens.
